Part of maintaining your independence at home is being prepared for unforeseen incidents and emergencies that may occur. By bringing Med-Alert into your home, you have an instant and direct link to our 24/7 Response center to access the help you need immediately.

Med-Alert is comprised of two-way voice console unit that connects to your existing phone line and a lightweight, personal activator that stays with you, privately, around your neck or wrist.  If you need assistance or are concerned about your safety, just press the button and the Med-Alert console unit dials our toll free number and opens a two-way voice connection between you and our 24/7 Response Center team.

2012.08.medalert2When you enroll with Med-Alert a personalized file is created containing your medical information, list of responders (emergency personnel, family, friends, and neighbors). Even if you are unable to speak, our operators know who you are, where you live and who to contact.

Med-Alert through CMMC Home Care Services provides a local coordinator to assist with service issues and billing questions.
