Private Duty Nursing Services
Services are provided in the home by a licensed nurse for those persons who are not eligible for Home Health through Medicare, Medicaid or Private Insurance but are still in need of services.

   Services available:

  • Diabetic care and education
  • Medication set-up and education
  • Physical assessment
  • Colostomy and urinary catheter care
  • Wound care
  • Blood draws
  • Blood pressure monitoring
  • Bowel programs
  • Home IV Therapy
  • Other services as requested

Private Pay
These services provide Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.) in the home to assist with the activities of daily living.  They are available as self-pay and through some insurance companies.  Patients are initially assessed by a Registered Nurse (R.N.) to develop the plan of care to assure safe and optimal care.

   Services available:

  • Bathing
  • Grooming
  • Dressing
  • Walking
  • Transferring
  • Routine hair/skin care
  • Assistance with self-administered medication
  •  Feeding
  • Toileting
  •  Exercising
  • Meal preparation
  • Shopping for and storing food
  • Light housekeeping
  • Respite (Temporary Relief for a Primary caregiver)
